19.02.10 Beth's Ugandan Orphanage Trip
Beth Hogg is flying out to Uganda today, as part of a team from Isaac's House, to help build an orphanage. She'll be taking along lots of play equipment that was bought with the money raised from last month's fund raising events.

27.01.10 Stand-up Charity Night
Thanks to everyone who came along to the comedy night event at The Mackenzie, yesterday, in support of Isaac's House Orphanage Appeal.
It was a very funny evening starring three talented stand-up comedians who all gave their time free to help Beth raise over £800.00. This will go towards the purchase of play equipment to take to Uganda, next month.
A big thank you to Steph at Laughology and the comics; Stephanie Davies, Kerry Leigh and Steve Porter, for their kind help and assistance.

19.01.10 Charity Comedy Night
Beth Hogg has organised a charity comedy night at The Mackenzie (134 Claughton Road, Birkenhead) on Tuesday 26th January, starting at 8.00 PM.
There are three comedians on the bill and tickets are just £10.00. All proceeds to be spent on play equipment to take to Uganda, in February, as part of Isaac's House Orphanage Appeal.
18.01.10 Wirral Play Council A.G.M.
Wirral Play Council will be holding their Annual General Meeting at 12.00 PM on Wednesday 10th March at the Wirral Play Development Centre on Berner Street. All current members are welcome to attend.
19.01.10 Ugandan Orphanage Visit
Wirral Play Council's Senior Play Officer, Beth Hogg, is to visit Uganda during February as part of a team of UK aid workers from Isaac's House. During her two-week stay, Beth will spend time visiting children in schools and orphanages, enhancing her playwork skills, and helping with day to day activities and the building of a new orphanage.
Beth is currently raising money to be spent on play equipment to take out there.
